Access the Map Module Setup Options

First, click on the Map module in the left menu. Once the Map module expanded, select the Setup option at the very bottom on the list.

1. You can perform a soft freeze or a hard freeze of your mapping data, so that no further changes can be made to positions or to mappings.
   Hard Freeze: No User Mapping
   Soft Freeze: No edits to Positions
2. This link permits users who don’t have administrative access to make hidden courses visible.
3. This link enables users who don’t have administrative access to import Position data directly.
4. When you are ready to set up a mapping timeline to display on your dashboard, do it here.

If this Map Module Setup Menu does not show, contact your Stracl Administrator and request assistance.
