AI Usage Policy 1. Purpose This policy establishes guidelines for the responsible and ethical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, including Generative AI, within our organization. It ensures compliance with data privacy standards and maintains transparency in AI applications. 2. Approved AI Software Employees are permitted to use AI software that has been officially approved by the organization. The use of unverified or unauthorized AI tools is strictly prohibited. 3. Data Usage Restrictions No customer personal data shall be uploaded or processed using AI technologies. Only generic, publicly available information may be used within AI tools. Employees must ensure that no confidential, proprietary, or sensitive customer information is entered into any AI system. 4. Ethical AI Use AI should be used in alignment with ethical guidelines, including fairness, accountability, and transparency. Employees must avoid using AI for deceptive or manipulative purposes. 5. Training and Compliance Regular training sessions will be conducted to ensure employees understand and adhere to AI usage policies. Compliance will be monitored, and violations may result in disciplinary action. 6. Oversight and Review The AI usage policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Any updates to the policy will be communicated to all employees in a timely manner. 7. Reporting Violations Employees must report any suspected misuse of AI technologies to the designated compliance officer or IT department. Any violations will be investigated and addressed accordingly.

Copying a project duplicates mapping data and associated training (courses) and security (positions). Note that position is a dynamic label and may be named differently in your Stracl instance. Stakeholders and change Impacts are not duplicated. However, stakeholders can be shared across projects. So, you can make the stakeholder information available to the new project if you want.

SSO is highly recommended and supported for all Stracl plans. SSO provides an improved customer user security and login experience for Stracl Users. It eliminates the need for a Stracl login and password. Instead, Users can use their organization password. We support all major SSO providers such as Okta, MS Azure, and IBM Identity Cloud.

It is easy to export some or all your data from Stracl to Microsoft Office files or text files using standard system reports.
