When I copy a project in Stracl, what is duplicated?
Copying a project duplicates mapping data and associated training (courses) and security (positions). Note that position is a dynamic label and may be named differently in your Stracl instance. Stakeholders and change Impacts are not duplicated. However, stakeholders can be shared across projects. So, you can make the stakeholder information available to the new project if you want.
How much time does it take to learn Stracl?
It typically takes about an hour to learn each module. There are five main modules, Engage, Communicate, Train, Map, and Admin. Contact support@stracl.com for more information
What is the security policy of Stracl?
We have a designated Security Risk Officer, who will be able to answer critical technical questions. To increase your security, make sure you implement Stracl Single Sign-on (SSO) which is free. Additionally, it is smart to ask to set up for Stracl REST API to eliminate spreadsheet org data uploads into Stracl. Contact support@stracl.com for more information.
Can I share Stracl data with non-users?
Yes. You can provide non-Stracl Users direct links to communication plans or training course descriptions.
Does Stracl support Single Sign-On (SSO)?
SSO is highly recommended and supported for all Stracl plans. SSO provides an improved customer user security and login experience for Stracl Users. It eliminates the need for a Stracl login and password. Instead, Users can use their organization password. We support all major SSO providers such as Okta, MS Azure, and IBM Identity Cloud.
Can I export my data from Stracl and is exporting difficult?
It is easy to export some or all your data from Stracl to Microsoft Office files or text files using standard system reports.
What software implementations does Stracl support?
Stracl supports all types of software implementations. It has been used to support Salesforce, SAP, SAP Hybris, Oracle, and ServiceMax business transformations, to name a few.
