The Stracl Subscription Service Agreement (SSA) describes return of customer data. For 30-days after termination, upon request we will make Stracl available for you to download your Data.
After such 30-day period, we have no obligation to maintain your Data and may destroy it.
All Stracl customer data is stored in the cloud on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States. Customers can request, for an additional charge, that their data is stored on a different AWS server in a different location.
