Access the Communication Module Setup Options

First, click on the Communication module in the left menu. Once the Communication module expanded, select the Setup option at the very bottom on the list.

1. If you already have your Communication Plan in a database, text file, or spreadsheet, you can import it rather than add each item individually.
2. When you are setting up a communication item you typically set up a type, so that reviewers can follow your plan.
   To customize communications types, you do it here.
3. When you want to change the Rating Images that appear at the bottom of survey emails, you do it here.
4. When you want to see the results of your survey, generate your report here.

If the Communication Module Setup Menu does not show. Contact your Stracl Administrator and request access.
