Lesson 3: Create or Update a Communication

  1. On the Communicate Menu, click Plan
  2. Click the +New button to open a new screen and begin adding content
  3. Click a pencil icon to open an existing communication and edit the content
  4. Add new content or edit existing content in the Communication item as appropriate

Valuable information can be saved with each communication.

For example :

  • Target Audience: Imported from Stracl Stakeholder Analysis
  • Communication Type: Communication Channel used
  • Background Information: Reason for the communication, its purpose, its place in the timeline, or a call to action.
  • Comments and History: Project Team comments and responses from recipients of the communication
