Gather data on your communication’s effectiveness by including a survey.
When the communication is queued for delivery, click the Survey Footer button
Copy the footer content and insert it at the end of your email communication
Note: After you mark a communication status as complete, you will only have access to Survey Report functionality. You will not be able to create or edit a survey footer for this communication.
View Survey Footer Comments
Viewers of the communication will be asked for their comments.
When viewers respond to the survey, they are directed to a separate screen to add their comments.
They can view metrics for the current communication and a summary of past communications at the same time.
