Stracl Administrator Role

The Stracl Admin is responsible for

  • Managing system security and adding users to Stracl
  • Working with Stracl Technical Support to manage these tasks: Establish initial Stracl configuration, if Stracl REST API is purchased, connect Stracl to your org data, eliminating the need for spreadsheet uploads, if Stracl SAML Single Sign-on (SSO) is purchased, set up and verify that it is working, so organization managers and employees can access Stracl using their corporate federated accounts
  • Setting up and administering the other four main modules in the system
  • Managing large Excel data uploads such as org data, position data, and associated training and security information.
  • Verifying that all users of Stracl are trained in their process area and apprised of where to go for additional information and training.
