Overview

Large data sets on spreadsheets can be imported directly into Stracl using the following screens:

• Admin Menu: Org Data
• Train Menu: Training Courses
• Map Menu: Position
• Map Menu: Security Role
• Map Menu: T-code
• Map Menu: Training Courses

Best Practice: Import Position, Security Role, and Training data separately, and then import the relationships between these items. Example: Position-to-Security relationship.

Import Org Data

1. Select Org Data from the Admin Menu to perform imports of your company’s org data.
2. Then select Import to access the Excel template and instructions to upload your data.

To eliminate org data spreadsheet imports, you can connect your company’s org data to Stracl using Stracl’s REST API and automatically update Stracl. Contact Stracl sales sales@stracl.com for more details and pricing.
